Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Lockcuff reserves the right to reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or operational delays.
Acceptable Materials
We accept most scrap metal items, such as appliances, aluminum, copper, and brass.
Hazardous materials, liquids, or items containing harmful substances (e.g., paint, chemicals, or gas tanks) are strictly prohibited.
If an item is deemed unsafe or non-compliant, Lockcuff reserves the right to refuse removal.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that items for pickup are accessible and free of obstructions.
Large or heavy items should be disassembled before pickup, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Any damages caused by improper preparation or unsafe conditions are the responsibility of the customer.
Fees and Payment
Pricing is based on the volume, type, and weight of the scrap materials.
Payment must be made in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual materials collected.
Liability
Lockcuff Scrap Metal Removal is not responsible for damages to property resulting from the removal process, provided all reasonable care is taken.
We are not liable for any items left out that are not included in the pickup request unless specifically agreed upon.
Recycling and Disposal
All scrap materials collected will be handled in compliance with local, state, and federal recycling and disposal regulations.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Rescheduling is permitted at no additional cost if notice is given within the required timeframe.
